lol i don't understand you guys. Skating is *exactly* like parkour: the only difference is you use a tool.

OF COURSE the skills differ completely, but the concept is the same.

let's say skating is like parkour as car racing is like motorcycle racing: the same thing, different tools.

Parkour is a philosophy of "Moving around and obstacle in the most fluid and efficient way." Skating isn't any different. I agree with looris the only difference is tools
