Negative. It's not legal to interfere with the goalkeeper while he has control of the ball. Once the ball is placed on the ground it's no longer in his control.
Change it to:
and it will not be all stretched out.

you could ask one of the admins to return it to sifttalk, explaining what happened.
it's always BAD to discard things without discussing it (and, no, two people who agree and take a decision between themselves without waiting for other resposes is not a discussion).
i understand you didn't mean to really discard it in the first place, one reason more to return it to sift talk.
